I took Hadley to 'Meet the Teacher' today at KDO. She kept pointing down the hall and asking about Max. I hope it gives her comfort knowing that he is just down the next hallway. She was so excited to go in, but when we got there, she buried her head into my leg and wouldn't look at anyone. She recognized a few girls from her Sunday school class. I think she is going to have a great year. One of her teachers is Mrs. Kathy who was Max's VBS teacher. He loved her and keeps telling Hadley about her. Her first day will be next Thursday. I am not sure what I will do with a full day by myself...I'm sure I'll think of something!
I signed Hadley up for ballet and tap. She will start after Labor Day. I can't imagine her in dance...it will be fun to watch. We bought her a pink skirted leotard, tights and ballet shoes today. She tried them on when we got home and broke out into a dance! She looked so 'oy' (her word for fancy).

Ash, that is so sweet ! You'll have to post pictures of her dancing after she starts..
KDO will pass by so fast.. when micayla was in there it seemed like I would head out and go shop and go eat and then it would be time to get her.. don't forget I think us girls in our class are doing lunch and hanging out next Thursday so that will help keep you busy for a while..
How precious! Yes, Ms. Kathy is wonderful, Lowery had her and she lives across the street from us. Lowery had to go by her classroom everyday even last year. Now that we're getting our kiddos settled, here's to girls day out next week!!!
Hey you! I'm glad things are going well. The boys started MDO/Preschool this week and Caleb asked if Max was going to be in his class again. It was cute. I'm sure Hadley will have a good time at MDO!!
